Amalfi Coast Travel Package

The conditions and information set forth below represent the terms of a contract between the passenger(s) and Italian Exclusive Vacations. 

The starting price of $2,500 per person (land only) is valid for departures in June 2026. It includes 6 nights of accommodation with breakfast along with all activities outlined in the itinerary above.

The price does not include flights, travel insurance, or any services, meals, experiences, or anything else not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

The final price may vary depending on your travel dates, preferences, and selected experiences. All inclusions will be clearly detailed in your personalized proposal.

Reservation

To confirm hotel packages and FIT arrangements a deposit of $300 per person.

After reservations are confirmed, the deposit will become non-refundable, but may be applied to a future booking should the initial package is changed.

For independent and hotel packages final payment is due 90 days prior to U.S. departure. Reservations may be accepted up to 15 days prior to departure, subject to availability and receipt of full payment.

For any package under $100 full payment is required at time of booking.

Our rates are based on the current foreign exchange at the time of the quotation.

Cancellations or changes to independent/FIT hotel packages

Cancellations and changes must be notified in writing. Cancellations received in writing up to 90 days prior to departure will be refunded in full less $300 per person deposit plus any hotel/services incurred penalties.

Cancellations received 89-15 days prior to departure, incur a 50% cancellation plus any applicable hotel/service incurred penalties.

Cancellations received 14 days prior to date of departure are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for any unused portions of tour.

Air tickets are non-refundable once issued. Travel Insurance

We recommend trip cancellation insurance to help prevent any losses in case of illness, accident or otherwise.

Claims

Upon the Client and Tour Operator entering into an agreement, said agreement is intended to take effect as a contract, which has been executed or completed in Massachusetts and all transactions there under or pursuant thereto shall be governed as to interpretation, validity, effects, rights, duties and remedies of the parties there under and in all other respects by the domestic laws of Massachusetts.

Upon entering into a contract with the Tour Operator the Client irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent legally possible, any right that it may have or hereinafter acquire to bring suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement in any legal forum of the United States of America other than in any federal or state court sitting in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Client irrevocably agrees that any suit, action, or proceeding commenced by the Client against the Tour Operator will be brought in the federal or state courts sitting in Boston, Massachusetts.

Refunds

No refunds allowed for any unused portion of tour. No refunds will be made in the event of “no show” or trip interruption.

Insurance

Health, accident, baggage and trip insurance is available.

Responsibility

Italian Exclusive Vacations, 24 Crescent Street #301 Waltham, MA 02453 ph 781-899-0900 and or associates and affiliated or subsidiary companies and your travel agent are not responsible for accidents, loss detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from the same, quarantine, strikes, force majeure, failures of steamers and vessels, trains, motor, planes, or any other means of conveyance to arrival or departure as scheduled, disturbances, government restrictions and regulations, discontinuances to arrive or change in transit or hotel services, and causes over which we have no control.

As the full operation, recourse for any mishaps may be sought in the country where the accident occurs. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made by the Tour Operator where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers. Italian Exclusive Vacations cannot assume responsibility for changes in accommodations, which may occur beyond their control or previous knowledge.

The right is reserved to refuse to accept anyone as a member of any tour at any time.

The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for the act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchases or these tours and/or passenger.

ETIAS Requirement

U.S. citizens travelling to Europe will shortly need to apply for an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System), the new travel authorization for Europe that will come into effect in the last quarter of 2026.

ETIAS will help improve border management and boost security. This means that, from 2026, Americans travelling to a European country in the Schengen zone will be able to apply for ETIAS.

The Schengen Area is composed of European Union countries like France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, and Spain, as well as 4 non-EU countries: Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. ETIAS will permit visa-free travel to all Schengen countries for short stays during its validity.
